Returns
You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Please notify us within the 7-day period by contacting [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days via the original payment method. Please note that since we operate on a cash on delivery basis, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or other agreed methods.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
